* Do we have a Store?
We are a home based brand and sell only online and don’t have a physical store anywhere in India.
If you in Ahmedabad & wish to see any particular product before buying, you can book an appointment with us at a mutually agreed time and visit us. Please WhatsApp us a picture of the product that you wish to see on +91 9978822447.
* What is the Material of our Products?
Majority of our products are Brass based with German Silver Coating. Some are in 925 Silver as well and we specify it all under the product’s information.
* Do we customise?
No, we currently do not customise. But if you have something specific in mind, and don’t find it on our website, please WhatsApp us on +91 9978822447.
* Why is the product you received slightly different in colour than in the image shown on the website?
We shoot our products in natural light and ensure that the colours are projected as close to the original.
But every screen setting is different, and you may not see the same hues of colours.
Also, most of our products are handcrafted. So slight difference are natural and cannot be considered as manufacturing error.
Also in our Afghani Collection, the products will come with their own irregularities which again cannot be considered as a defect.
* Is EMI on the products availabile?
