• The product(s) delivered is different from the original order.
• The product(s) delivered arrived damaged.
• The product has missing parts.
customers need to initiate exchanges via WhatsApp or Email within 48hours of receiving
the parcel.
The receiving date to be considered is the one marked by our shipping partners.
. Post that, no requests for exchange will be entertained.
LOST SHIPMENTS
• In case of a lost shipment, a replacement or credit note will be offered after a
thorough check with the courier partner.
• Lost shipments may take longer than usual to resolve (within 7 business days),
depending on the time taken by the courier partner.
• If the package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must raise a
complaint at on WhatsApp or via Email within 24 hours for us to initiate the inspection
